Refund Policy
For Failed Online Transactions, Refunds are automatically processed to source account and might take up to 7 working days (please note: Perfume Lab do not receive this amount).
Return cannot be applicable for Perfume versions as you know they are made for you as per your order. It is also not realistic for us to accept returns if the Fragrance does not match your aromatic expectations, each individual is unique and the perception of smell for each person is dynamic beyond comparison.
Perfume Lab values your hard-earned money and requests you to first consider ordering EDP Roll-ons (priced very reasonably ₹40 each) to evaluate fragrances before you opt for bigger bottles.
Refunds where applicable are subject to approval upon receiving the return.
When processing Refunds, payment will be made to Source Account. The customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by Cash on Delivery.
All refunds may carry charges up to 3% (charged by banks/gateway).

Returns approved for refund will be processed and refunds will be issued within Seven business days of receipt.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned by delivery partner due to non-availability of customer at the delivery address, may be reshipped to the customer upon request.
